Background

Scope and content:

The Mission Bay Collection was donated by Marion L. Schwob, widow of Walter E. Schwob, probably in 1985. Walter Schwob was an engineer in the office of the City of San Diego Planning Department and was associated for several years with the project to develop Mission Bay. The collection includes some of the history of Mission Bay, design analysis, and development costs.
