Collection includes correspondence, reports, minutes, bylaws, manuals, notes, publications, membership lists, board and committee information, student induction papers, and financial records relating to the organization and activities of the Alpha Eta chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau honor society at UCSF. Biographical / historical:

Sigma Theta Tau is an international nursing honor society organized at Indiana University in 1922. The Alpha Eta Chapter was chartered on the University of California San Francisco campus in April 1964.

Acquisition information:
Transferred to the archives by Ellen Schell and the UCSF School of Nursing from 2004-2015.
