This series consists of Assessment District maps submitted to the County Recorders office by licensed land surveyors and registered civil engineers as required by Government Code 66434. Maps are arranged chronologically by map number. Assessment maps delineate the boundaries of a proposed or final assessment district. As required by Government Code 66434, each map must abide by the following requirements: drawing and certificate must be legible and in permanent black ink or printed or reproduced, using permanent black ink; Minimum size 18” x 26” with 1” margins; Contain name of legislative body; Contain name of assessment district; Certificate is signed by clerk of the legislative body; must contain Certificate of Recorder.
