Collection contains student projects, photographs and slides, audiotapes of an interview with Dr. Herbert McLean Evans and the first nine Evans Memorial Lectures, university plans, publications, historical files, a card file of department faculty, and Dr. Evans' mortarboard, gowns and hoods.
- Biographical / historical:

The Department of Anatomy was part of the original Toland Medical College. At the beginning of the 20th century, the department reorganized the teaching program and established courses in histology, microscopic organology, neurology, regional anatomy, and organogenesis, as well as special courses and research for physicians and advanced students.

- Transferred by department chair Henry Ralston in 1998.
