The Academy records date from 1935 to 1991 and measure 3.75 linear feet. The records are arranged in two series: History, constitution and by-laws, and Membership records and topical papers. The bulk of the collection consists of membership records and the topical papers presented by members over the years. The records document the issues and subjects which concerned these prominent Fresno citizens over the decades.

The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps records measure 3 linear feet and date from 1952 to 1998. These records include scrapbooks, photo albums and yearbooks of AFROTC Detachment 035 as well as scrapbooks from Angel Flight.

The Association of American University Professors (AAUP), Fresno Chapter records measure 5.25 linear inches and date from 1957 to 1981. The collection is arranged in two series: Fresno chapter and State chapter.

The Marjorie A. Brewster papers measure 1 linear inch and date from 1917 to 1962. There are certificates, diplomas, letters, speeches, a transcript and list of class requirements included in the papers. The certificates are for teaching as well as administrative work. In 1955 Brewster was awarded a certificate in recognition of twenty-five years of service to the state of California. The diplomas are for her bachelor's and master's degrees as well as her diploma from the normal school. The letters are from Frank W. Thomas, the president of the college, and another faculty member. The speeches are for FSC's fiftieth anniversary in 1962 and two speeches made for reunions of the Washington Union High School graduates. There is also a copy of Brewster's transcript from the University of Southern California as well as a list of classes required for the credential program.

The Fresno County Farm Bureau annual reports measure 2.25 linear feet and date from 1918 to 1954. The reports are arranged chronologically.

The Harold H. Haak papers measure 3.75 linear feet and date from 1954 to 1997. The collection is arranged in two series: Personal and Professional. The bulk of the collection chronicles Haak's abiding interest in organizational behavior and career in administration. Haak has annotated the sections within the collection that needed the context of his involvement and its significance explained.

The Japanese-Americans in World War II Collection measures 1 linear foot and dates from 1920 to 1995. The collection contains both contemporary and contemporaneous materials about the relocation of Japanese during World War II from the perspective of Japanese-Americans as well as that of the United States government. The collection is arranged in two series: Japanese-American perspective and Official government stance.

The Arnold Joyal papers measure 1.5 linear foot and date from 1940 to 1996. The papers predominantly cover Joyal's professional life and are arranged into two series: Personal and Professional.

The Kneeland Family papers measure 7.75 linear feet and date from 1820 to 1961. The papers predominantly cover the life and interests of Clarissa Kneeland and her brother, Ira Kneeland and are arranged in four series: Clarissa Abia Kneeland, Ira Duane Kneeland, Socialism and Other family members.
